Who we are

This website is operated by UiEdge, Calicut, Kerala, India. For any question about this policy or your information, write to admin@uiedge.in.

Information we collect

The only information you give us through this website is what you enter in the enquiry form: your name, email address, phone number (optional), the service you are interested in and your message. If you write to us by email or call us, we also receive the details you share in that conversation.

Why we collect it

We use enquiry information to read your request, reply to you, discuss a possible project and prepare a proposal. We do not use it for anything unrelated to your enquiry.

How enquiries are handled

The enquiry form does not store your details on this website. When you submit it, the form opens your own email app with a message addressed to admin@uiedge.in, and the message is sent from your email account. Your enquiry is then handled through our email service and kept in our mailbox.

Third-party services

• Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. Google may receive your IP address and browser details when the fonts are requested.
• The website is hosted on Vercel, which may keep standard server logs such as IP address and request time.
• Your email provider and ours process the emails you send us.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not set cookies and does not currently use an analytics or advertising tool. It uses your browser’s session storage to remember that you have already seen the intro animation during your visit. This stays in your browser and is cleared when you close the tab.

How long we keep information

We keep enquiry emails for as long as they are needed to respond to you and to manage any resulting project, and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records. You can ask us to delete them earlier.

Your choices

You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it or delete it by emailing admin@uiedge.in. We will respond to genuine requests within a reasonable time.
